1. Acceptance of terms
By using Lyco AI, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Lyco AI on behalf of an organization, you represent you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining account security and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. We may suspend or restrict access where needed to protect service integrity, comply with law, or prevent abuse.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Lyco AI to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, interfere with systems, or attempt unauthorized access to data or services. You remain responsible for prompts, instructions, and materials submitted through your workspace.
4. Customer content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to provide and improve Lyco AI. You represent you have the rights necessary to submit and process that content.
5. Fees and trial services
Paid plans, if any, are billed as agreed in your order or subscription settings. Trial and beta features may be changed or discontinued at any time.
6. Termination
You may stop using Lyco AI at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these Terms or legal requirements.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Lyco AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Lyco AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
